Saturday I did my 1st teaching session with a  friend who was interested in knowing a little bit about photography and couple who has become good friends.  You'll probably remember the King's from their wedding we did back in October which was amazing.  Justin and Brandi made a whirl wind of a trip from Birmingham to Columbus to Jacksonville back to Birmingham.  WOW  that's  a lot of ground covered for one day.  Below is a couple of images I wanted to share from the day which turned out stunning and provided by a lot of natural light and some bottled goodness (aka Flash).  I love both and think it adds such dynamic to the overall look of the session or wedding.  Plus you get to look like a rockstar and have everyone "ohhh" over your pictures.  I hope you enjoy!!

There is something so sweet about a newly engaged couple...It makes me remember that precious time I had with Wes and how special our engagement was.  Wes and I are so thankful that Amy and Jason are allowing us to follow them on their incredible journey of being engaged!  We can't wait to shoot their wedding on March 19, 2011!  This couple was so much fun and was up for anything.  We traveled all over Columbus, Georgia and found some great spots to shoot!  Icing on the cake...they both graduated from our Alma Mater, Troy University, Jason played football for Troy, and Amy is one of my Chi Omega sisters!  We hope you enjoy a peek at our great session with them!  Thanks to Amy and Jason for being willing and having fun with us!
